More Hawaii As Promised...

Our next stop was at the Kilauea lightnouse.

































One of the great things about lighthouses is they are usually in places that have amazing views.

Hawaii Day 2

First thing you see in Kauai is chickens. EVERYWHERE...

Being touristy was great. We pulled over to check out the scenic areas...

Hawaii Day One Cont....

So here we are at our little home away from home. It was absolutely perfect for the 2 1/2 of us. The picture is taken from where the bed is so it's not in the picture but it was a cozy size place. And it had everything we needed for a great stay.

The view from the back deck. That is Princeville golf course in the back ground behind the trees. Between the deck and the golf course is a trail that leads directly to a beach. You will see pictures from there shortly.

Fresh mango in the condo for us along with all kinds of fruits and cookies.

This was our first sunset there. It was just a quick walk from the condo to this spot.

A picture of the moon for Aidan because he can always find the moon no matter what time of day. So I found it for him in Hawaii.

A nice view which we actually saw whales out in the distance from this spot.

Hawaii Day One....

Aloha friends and family and welcome to our journey thru Kaua'i ....

I never thought I would see the day but low and behold...little Miss Courtney eating McDonalds. She had 2 Big Mac's, Chicken Nuggets, and a fish sandwich. Or maybe just some hash browns...I don't remember, I was in such shock!

One of the many in-flight movies I watched was Goodhair. A documentry about African American hair. Interesting to say the least.

Nervous and pale was me... Long time since I had flown and I was nervous about the flight over water. Patrick also let me know it was the longest of such flights. That was relaxing...:)
